🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mom’s Pizza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for online orders, dine-in reservations, and takeaway services.

1. Order Cancellation

a. Online & Phone Orders
  • Free cancellation is available within 5 minutes of placing the order, as long as food preparation has not started.

  • Once cooking begins, cancellation is not possible, and the order amount becomes non-refundable.

b. Dine-In Table Reservations
  • Table bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the reserved time.

  • No-shows without prior notice may be restricted from future reservations.

2. Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:

a. Order Issues
  • You received the wrong item or an incomplete order

  • The order was not delivered

  • The food was spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption

Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery for us to resolve the issue quickly.

b. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, provide:

  • Order ID

  • Date and time of order

  • Description of the issue

  • Photo evidence

3. Mode & Timeline of Refund

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., card, wallet, UPI).

  • Please allow 2–3 Working days for the amount to reflect in your account.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after the order is prepared

  • Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address

  • Requests made beyond the acceptable reporting window (after 1 hour of delivery)
