🔄 Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Mom’s Pizza, customer satisfaction is our top priority. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for online orders, dine-in reservations, and takeaway services.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Online & Phone Orders
Free cancellation is available within 5 minutes of placing the order, as long as food preparation has not started.
Once cooking begins, cancellation is not possible, and the order amount becomes non-refundable.
b. Dine-In Table Reservations
Table bookings can be cancelled up to 1 hour before the reserved time.
No-shows without prior notice may be restricted from future reservations.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are applicable in the following scenarios:
a. Order Issues
You received the wrong item or an incomplete order
The order was not delivered
The food was spoiled, contaminated, or unfit for consumption
Please contact us within 1 hour of delivery for us to resolve the issue quickly.
b. How to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund, provide:
Order ID
Date and time of order
Description of the issue
Photo evidence
3. Mode & Timeline of Refund
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method (e.g., card, wallet, UPI).
Please allow 2–3 Working days for the amount to reflect in your account.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:
Change of mind after the order is prepared
Delays caused by customer unavailability or incorrect address
Requests made beyond the acceptable reporting window (after 1 hour of delivery)
